A Full renovation of a late 1950s property in Hertfordshire

This 2 bedroom property was still stuck in the 50s, with dated decor and layout. We completed a full renovation of the whole property including the garden and front drive.

This included adding another bedroom along with a new layout both downstairs and up. This included a stunning up to date kitchen and beautiful oak door with a matching atmtico floor.

The property featured a great garden that we capitalized on with a large deck at the back of the property that overlooked the garden and the view, featuring stunning glass balustrades and a beautiful composite decking.

This property underwent a full renovation from top to bottom , including a loft conversion and a rear extension.

This property was in need of modernizing and once finished boasted a beautiful open plan kitchen living area and a stunning set of sliding door onto the outdoor decking, making for an easy to use practical space.

The loft conversion added a beautiful master bedroom to the property and in an area like London , creating the most amount of space possible really turned this house into an amazing home.

A small garage to a bright modern hair salon.

This is a garage conversion that we recently completed that really shows what can be created in a small space.

Turning an old garage into a fully functioning Hair salon , that’s light , vibrant and fits in to ints surroundings. Through the use of sliding pocket door we were able to add a bathroom and storage area into the space that doesn’t impose of the use of the main room.

Along with a large window at the front that feeds the room with light , the area feels anything but small. Once fully insulate and boarded , with floor levels brought up to match the rest of the property , you’d never know this was once a garage.

The finishings picked by the customer made this salon feel prime and up got date , along with a paint and color scheme to create a bright space , that didn’t feel too in your face. Making for an all round great hair salon that people can be excited to be in.
